Shipping charges are calculated manually during the processing of your order. You will be notified of the shipping amount after a customer service representative has received your order.
You will receive 2 emails regarding the the processing of your order and the total amount to be charged. The first email that you receive is a confirmation that your order was placed. It will NOT show shipping charges. It will say $0.00 for the shipping amount. However, shipping charges will be calculated and then added later.
The second email you will receive will show the shipping charges that were added and information regarding how your order will be shipped.
